RIP Showme Crystal (aka Dakota).
I just found out today the she passed away, ONE WEEK AGO !!! The kennel never called me and it was only the fact that I called down to Mobile, to find out why she hadn’t schooled yet, after being there for a month after transferring from Victoryland. I am really upset that I was not informed, at least within 2 days of this tragedy. It’s hard enough to get a hold of the trainer the way it is (with no cellphone, home phone, etc.), but there should have been the decentcy to call me. Crystal, evidently obtained SALMONELLA, and the kennel also lost another dog from it. Crystal showed some promise, I’m told, and unfortunately we’ll never see it. We named her in honor of her mom, that had previously passed away.

Showme Crystal is being transferred to Mobile, and will be kennel mates to Highwind Aquila and Highwind Phoenix. Need to get her running.

Two more greyhounds have been purchased and added to Showme Greyhound’s Racing Kennel.

They are racing at the Mobile Greyhound Park in Mobile, AL out of the MISSY K KENNEL. Purchased from Highwind Greyhounds Pictures to added later
